Age Relaxation:-Candidate age should not be less than 23 years and not more than 35 years on 26-02-2013.
Edu Qualifi:Candidate must possess Degree in Law from any recognized University. Enrolment as an advocate in the roll of Bar Council of any State or Union Territory in India on the date of advertisement for the examination. Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali.
Exam or Application fee: Applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 210/- in form of Indian Postal Order crossed and endorsed to the Secretary, Public Service Commission, West Bengal, or by a receipted Challan from Govt. Treasury in West Bengal or the Reserve Bank of India, Kolkata under the head “0051-00-105-State PSC Examination fees-001-Examination fees-16 other fees”. The Postal Orders should be made payable at G.P.O., Kolkata. SC/ST/candidates of WB and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
Selection Mode: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of  Preliminary Exam, Final Exam, Personality Test and Interview.
How to apply: Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format, available in the notification, fill it completely, affix passport size photograph on it with duly signed by the candidate, along with copies of relevant documents either self certified or attested by competent authority, payment receipt, two self-addressed unstamped envelopes should be enclosed with the application should be submitted personally  sent to the Secretary, Public Service Commission, West Bengal, 161-A, S.P.Mukherjee Road, Kolkata – 700026 on or before 25-03-2013 or may also be submitted personally between 11-00 AM and 3-30 PM on all working days at the Commission’s office.
